terms of service

when you use vetra (the website at sendavet.to and any related apps or services we operate), you're agreeing to a few common-sense things. we're going to lay them out below in plain english.

1. who we are

vetra is operated by vetra, inc. — a small independent company building verification software. our corporate surface is at vetraverify.com.

2. what you can do with vetra

send vets, respond to vets, view verified artifacts, share verified records. don't use vetra for anything illegal, harmful to others, or designed to deceive. don't scrape or rate-limit-abuse our endpoints. don't impersonate other people. don't use vetra to verify things that should require licensed professionals (medical, legal, financial advice).

3. content you post

you keep ownership of the evidence and text you submit. by submitting it, you grant vetra a license to store, transmit, and display it as needed to operate the service — including making verified artifacts public when both parties opt in. you can request deletion of your account and most of your content at any time by emailing hello@sendavet.to. verified artifact pages are immutable once published — see the artifact's page for any takedown options.

4. accounts

accounts are created via email-as-signup — no password, magic-link auth. don't share your email or magic links with people you don't want acting on your behalf.

5. paid plans

the free tier is forever-free. paid plans (pro, teams, business, enterprise) are subject to subscription terms presented at checkout. you can cancel anytime; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. service availability

we aim for high uptime but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. enterprise contracts include explicit SLAs. for free and pro users, we provide the service as-is, with no warranties beyond what applicable law requires.

7. changes

we may update these terms. material changes will be flagged on this page and (for accounts that have an email on file) sent by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

8. governing law

these terms are governed by the laws of the state of california, usa. disputes are resolved in courts located in san francisco county, unless an applicable arbitration agreement says otherwise.
