   checklist composer + multi-channel distribution

   the home composer no longer asks for a single question. you describe what you want vetted in plain english; ai generates a verifiable checklist; you edit any line; you share the link via email, sms, copy-link, or qr code. recipients respond per-item.

   direct browser-to-storage uploads

   evidence files now upload directly from the recipient's browser to firebase storage via signed urls. our serverless functions never touch the bytes, so the per-file size limit jumped from 4.5 mb to 50 mb. videos, big photos, multi-file submissions all work cleanly.

   the handwritten [✓]etra wordmark, paper-system color tokens, inter tight display typography. the site finally looks like vetra and not a tailwind starter.
